These Terms and Conditions govern your acquisition and use of digital properties, educational ebooks,
and proprietary MetaTrader 4 (MT4) charting indicator software provided by Thanks To Chart
via thankstochart.com and linked communication nodes.
1. Digital Licensing Model and Security Boundaries
Upon subscribing to our ₹3,999/month package (or initiating our 7-day free trial), you are granted a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user terminal license to run the software code. To
guard our digital assets against systemic piracy, cloning, or distribution fraud, our products operate via
an embedded runtime protection system:
Each software build is strictly compiled to validate against a designated MetaTrader 4 account
number and a unique Computer ID (CID) verification system.
You agree to supply the correct terminal variables to enable the server authentication modules to
activate your indicator.
Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, patch, unpack, bypass, or tamper with the underlying
binary structure or associated library files (.dll dependencies) will result in immediate, permanent
cancellation of the terminal license without notice or option for remediation.
2. The 7-Day Free Trial and Subscription Mechanics
Trial Mechanics: Eligible first-time users can activate a 7-day promotional evaluation window. To
prevent systematic exploitation, trial activations are logged against your designated Computer ID
(CID).
Automatic Billing Transition: Upon completion of the 7-day evaluation window, the system
automatically transitions into an active monthly recurring subscription model priced at ₹3,999 per
month unless canceled prior to the trial expiration timestamp.
Licensing Interlocking: Continued application availability relies on a live billing token. If a
recurring monthly payment fails or is revoked, the underlying validation system will systematically
suspend script execution on your charts.
