REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review our fulfillment policies prior to provisioning your premium software subscription
pipelines.
1. Digital Goods Non-Refundability Framework
Due to the immediate distribution profile of digital items—specifically compiled indicator source files
(.ex4) and accompanying e-book documentation—Thanks To Chart enforces a strict no-refund
policy once an execution token is cleared or files are transferred. All sales are final. We do not
support retroactive cash adjustments or partial refunds for remaining days left in a monthly billing
period.
2. Trial Evaluation and Cancellation Protocols
To ensure total customer satisfaction prior to financial deployment, we provide a complete 7-Day Free
Trial window. This allows you to evaluate the software mechanics completely risk-free.
You retain the unrestricted right to cancel your evaluation timeline at any moment within the initial
7 days.
Cancellations can be initiated instantly via our automated WhatsApp customer assistance threads
or by submitting a written notice to our official support channel.
If you choose to cancel, your underlying automated billing mandate will be terminated immediately,
and no charges will occur. Concurrently, your single-user digital license will be systematically
deactivated on the MT4 terminal via our verification framework upon trial expiration.
3. Subscription Termination Control
Subscribers on our standard ₹3,999/month program can terminate future billing mandates at any time.
To guarantee the automated systems process your mandate cancellation before the next recurring
date triggers, please submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to the renewal cycle.
Following standard processing, your indicator access will remain open until the end of the paid billing
cycle, after which license servers will automatically restrict terminal chart display capabilities.
